Sabine’s passions growing-up were sports (tennis, ski, swimming and dance) and medicine, which ultimately inspired her to become a Physical Therapist.
She obtained her Physical Therapy license in France in 1993 where she worked for more than 10 years. After moving to California in 2004 with her family, she became a licensed US Physical Therapist.
She obtained a sports certification at the National Sports Institute of Paris (INSEP), and attended an Osteopathic school continuing education program.
She also worked at the sports clinic of Paris, took care of a regional tennis team, and filled in for the French national track and field team Physical Therapist. She then added a Sophrology education program (a very integrative mind-body technique that involves guided visualizations and slow movement, combining eastern and western mindfulness techniques) to her professional background.
After becoming a mother, she decided to become more involved in pre and post-natal care Physical Therapy, using Physical Therapy and Osteopathic techniques, as well as Sophrology to help women through pregnancies and post-natal recovery.
Sabine is also a certified Cranio Sacral Therapist and uses Cranio Sacral Therapy techniques as an integrative approach to Physical Therapy.
She also uses Cranio Sacral Therapy along with traditional Physical Therapy techniques for spine and overall body tension, pain and tightness.
Along with working in various orthopedics clinics, she has worked in diverse pediatrics settings (treating children with various types of injuries, orthopedics, scoliosis, developmental delays as well as new born torticollis and plagiocephaly).
As a mother of 3 she has naturally developed a great interest in pediatrics from newborns to children, adolescents, and young adults. She is currently a member of a pain management program team for children and adolescents.
With her diverse background, Sabine incorporates her integrative approach to treat everyone from children to adults, athletes and non-athletes.
In her free time, Sabine loves to travel, hike, swim, ski, practice pilates and ballet barre, spend time with her family, and cook.
