Physical Therapist located in Westwood, Los Angeles, CA

Sabine Combrie, PT

Sabine’s passions growing-up were sports (tennis, ski, and swimming) and medicine, which ultimately inspired her to become a Physical Therapist.
She obtained a PT license in France in 1993 where she worked for more than 10 years and after moving in California with her family, she became a US PT licensed in 2013.

She obtained a sports certification in 1995 at the National Sports Institute of Paris (INSEP) and attended an Osteopathic school continuing education program from 1996 to 1998. In 2000, she added to her professional background a Sophrology education program (a very integrative mind body technique that involves guided visualizations).

In 2016, she has started a CST (cranio-sacral therapy) certification program and is using CST techniques as an integrative approach in PT along with regular PT techniques for spine and overall body tension, pain and tightness.

In the US, after working in orthopedics clinics, she has worked in diverse pediatrics settings (treating kids with any type of injuries, orthopedics, scoliosis, developmental delays as well as new born torticollis and plagiocephaly).
As a mother of 3 she has naturally developed a great interest in pediatrics from newborns to children, adolescents and young adults. She is currently member of the pain management program team for children and adolescents lead by UCLA psychiatrists.

With her diverse background, Sabine is incorporating her integrative touch in treating all populations from children to adults, athletes and non-athletes.
